I found this garden trowel knocker after seeing one that someone else had when I was purchasing their house (they didn't want to leave it with the house). I was very pleased to find it through this site and am very pleased with the antique metal finish, and the size and quality of the material. I'm looking forward to putting it on my house next to the patio door as a fun and whimsical piece (and functional). I don't anticipate any problems installing it since it looks so simple.

The woodpecker wobbles and scratched the finish the very first time I tried it. Don't waste your money.

The description of product did not say "assembly required", so I erroneously assumed, no assembly. However, it did arrive in pieces, with screws. We had some trouble getting it together, but when finally done, very nice product. Fit the space perfectly, holds wine like I wanted, etc. We spray painted it more, when done - to be a more "white" white. I would do it again. And I am proud of it now. But assembly moments were "anxious". I have no talent in that area.

The clocks are beautitul and display very nicely. I get many complements, however, the clocks do not work. One came with the handles broken and it could not be opened to fix. The second clock did not operate when I put the batteries in. They display niceley for the price, however, I would have liked the clocks to work as that was my main purpose in purchasing them.

We own a log home, so this door knocker was the perfect way to welcome guests as they come into our home. It is very heavy and should outlast the home's occupants!

When I first received this item I was very disappointed with it. Instead of being white, like I thought, it was more of a cream color. I bought it to put on a red door and be an attraction for those coming into my "For Sale" home. Because the woodpecker is in an upside down position, you really couldn't tell at a glance what it was. But instead of returning it I pulled some pictures of woodpeckers off the internet; got my paints and brushes out and give him a red head, put some black in between the "white" feathers; painted his tail, beak, and eyes black. Now it looks like a woodpecker! Am I an artist? Far from it, so if you like this doorknocker, buy it. If I can do it you can too. And the best part is, it works like a doorknocker.

Lovely mirror. It's ornateness offsets the simple objects in my wall arrangement. It's very lightweight, but looks like real caste bronze, and was very easy to hang. The mirror itself is only 6"x9" so I wouldn't use it, say, in a hallway, or for primping, but as an object d'art, it's perfect.
